Icing Flavors

All of our cakes are made with either our homemade buttercream icing or fondant. Our made from scratch buttercream icing is a creamy, delicious covering, not too rich and it melts in your mouth. Fondant is a dough-like icing that is draped over and shaped to cover your cake. Fondant has a slight gum texture, and allows molded shapes that cannot be acheived with buttercream.
